Registering guest must be age 18 or older. Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
All room rates are double occupancy only.
Check in time is after 3:00 pm and not later than 7pm. Please call or make special arrangements if your check in will be after 7pm.
Check out time is 11 am.
Smoking/Vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere inside the Baker Street House. If you to smoke inside there will be an additional $250 as a cleaning fee. Please check with Innkeeper for designated smoking area.
Parking is onsite with one parking spot per room. We apologize but we cannot accommodate trailers unless special arrangements are made.
Linens will be changed every third day unless needed. Towels will be provided daily as needed.
Only registered guests of Baker Street House may be on the property or in the house. We only have accommodations for our guests – Sorry no visitors.
Guests will be charged $15 for lost keys.
Candle burning in rooms and bathrooms is not allowed.
No laundry facilities available on site; there is a coin-operated laundromat in Schroon Lake.
